Arnold (“Al”) Siemer founded Desco Corporation in 1966. Since  the purchase of his first manufacturing company, he has continued to lead the acquisition efforts of Desco Corporation, most recently as a Managing Director of Desco Capital. Since Desco Corporation’s inception, Al has led Desco in the acquisition of over 30 industrial companies. Some of these companies were successfully integrated into Desco’s current holding and others were developed and sold. Currently, through Desco Corporation, Al is integrally involved in all of Desco’s current portfolio composed of the following businesses:
